Shipping & Returns
All orders over $125 are shipped free of charge. We only ship to Canada and the United States and the rates are as follows: Shipping is $15 within British Columbia, $19 to the rest of Canada and $19 to the United States. International packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to pay. All orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 2-4 business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio.
Due to Covid-19, all Canadian, United States, and international shipments may see processing and delivery delays that can vary from 4 days to 4 weeks. We appreciate your patience and thank you for your support during this time.
Lucy Joy Candle Co. prides itself on maintaining the highest quality control standards during the manufacturing process. As such we aim to ensure each customer loves our candles as much as we do. Due to the nature of our products, used or burned candles cannot be returned or refunded. We take meticulous care in packaging our products for shipping to ensure you receive your purchase undamaged. If you have received candles that have been damaged during shipping, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of receipt. Include in your email your order number, a description of the damage, and a photo of the damaged product and we would be happy to replace your purchase. Any product that has been used or burned will not be deemed damaged and a return will not be issued to you.
If you do not like the scent of a candle, simply follow the steps below:
- Email lucyjoycandleco.com within three days of receipt of your purchase. Include in your email your order number, reason for exchange and the alternate scented candle of equal value that you would like.
- Ship your candle back to us at your own expense.
- Once we receive your candle in unused, undamaged or unburned condition, we will issue an exchange. Additional shipping charges will apply.
